Bouncy Bouncy Bouncy!

I wonder if I can count my efforts in getting through the Outlander cookbook as part of my efforts for this Creativity and Aging class?

Like trying to find creative ways to make Cherry Bounce not taste like industrial strength cough syrup?  This effort was tasty but put me into a sugar shock.

2 oz Cherry Bounce
1 oz Moscato
4 oz Club Soda
Garnish with a slice of orange

On the school front, I have nine papers to read for the week (plus a few chapters out of our books), but one of them is a 34-page research study. FFS, this doesn't even account for the papers to write or comments on the message boards.

Hey, just found your blog and I'm super excited to dig in!

PS there's an OUTLANDER COOKBOOK??? Where did you find that?

Elizabeth
Well hi there!

My husband gave it to me for a holiday present last year and I'm slowwwwllllyyyy working through it all. He got mine from Amazon. The picture is on the initial Cherry Bounce recipe entry.

Welcome! I'm also a minimalist fan. Big fan of Joshua Becker and Marie Kondo. When my bi-polar is out of whack I buy things, but it's less and less. When I did the KonMari thing I could not get paper under control. I'm still having the issue there.

That is such a cool gift. I bought matching t-shirts for my husband and I that has their wedding vows on them, as a wedding gift to him. He still wears his! 😊 Celebrating 2 years of the end of this month.

As for the Marie kondo process, I believe that that is something that only comes once you have really cleared your clutter. The stuff that I need to sort through is a lot of junk, and stuff that just needs to be thrown out. Then I can actually take a look at what's left.

I have read so many articles, listen to audiobooks, and a couple of podcasts... But yes, I am a big fan of minimalism as well.

Thanks for checking out my blog! I hope we keep in touch. 🖤
